1. Acceptance
By creating an account, creating a club tenant, or otherwise using the Legumpire platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & club ownership
You must be authorised to represent the cricket club you create or administer on Legumpire. Owners of a club tenant accept responsibility for managing access, inviting members, and ensuring that data they upload (rosters, player contact details, sponsor information) has been provided lawfully and with appropriate consent.
3. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your sign-in code or session with anyone else. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for legitimate cricket club operations.
- Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent club registrations, or attempt to access another tenant's data.
- Do not upload offensive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or extract data at scale.
- Comply with the privacy laws applicable to data you upload about your players, sponsors, and members.
5. Tenant data & ownership
Each club's operational data (rosters, fixtures, availability, scoring, sponsors) is the property of that club. Legumpire holds the data on the club's behalf as a processor and accesses it only to operate the Service or to respond to specific tenant requests. Clubs may export their data at any time.
6. Beta status
The Service is currently offered under a free beta. Features may change, and pricing will be announced before the beta ends. Existing clubs will be given reasonable notice before any change to pricing or material terms.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your conduct is harmful to other tenants, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by emailing hello@legumpire.com.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be permanently retained.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legumpire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
